A quick call to see if we’re a good fit and figure out which option makes sense for you: weekly sessions, a package, or an intensive. No pressure, no commitment.
Weekly EMDR Sessions
Individual Sessions (Teens & Adults) : $200 (50 minutes)
A Note on EMDR Therapy: Because EMDR therapy sometimes benefits from additional processing time, extended 90-minute EMDR sessions are available when clinically appropriate. We will always collaborate together on pacing and session length based on your needs and nervous system capacity. (Please contact me for 90-minute prorated fee structures.)
EMDR Intensives
A focused program for one specific goal.
Every intensive includes a 30-minute readiness call, a 2-hour EMDR session, and a 20-minute integration check-in.

Private Pay & Superbills
I work primarily on a private-pay basis. I'm happy to provide a monthly superbill so you can seek direct reimbursement from your insurance company if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.
Sliding Scale & Accessibility
I believe that financial limitations shouldn't completely block access to deep healing. I reserve a dedicated, limited number of reduced-fee sliding scale spots in my practice.
If my standard fees feel like a barrier to your care, please reach out anyway. I am always happy to talk through your financial situation during our initial consultation to see if we can find an arrangement that fits your budget, or place you on a waitlist for the next available slot.
EMDR Session Bundles
EMDR tends to be most effective when sessions occur with consistency and therapeutic momentum. For clients who already know they would like to engage in focused trauma processing, I offer optional EMDR bundles:
6-Session EMDR Series
$1,140 total (regularly $1,200)
Equivalent to $190 per session.
10-Session EMDR Series
$1,850 total (regularly $2,000)
Equivalent to $185 per session.
Bundles are completely optional, and we will always determine together what pace and structure feel most supportive for you.
Looking for something more focused? EMDR Intensives offer 2-hour sessions for deeper work without months of weekly appointments. Learn more on the Intensives page.
Types of EMDR Offered
-
Looking for steady support over time
-
Supports steady trauma reprocessing and is often ideal for focused treatment goals.
-
Designed for deeper trauma and attachment-focused work for clients seeking longer-term momentum.
-
A dress rehearsal for your nervous system before you walk into the family gathering, with an optional session afterward to process whatever got stirred up.
-
For when you can't decide whether to stay close, keep your distance, or step away from a parent. We untangle what you want from what guilt is telling you, then use EMDR on the fear and obligation keeping you stuck.
-
For parents who catch themselves snapping, shutting down, or people pleasing in ways that sound a lot like their own parent. We trace it back to the source so it stops getting passed down.

Yes. I provide a superbill [monthly] that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Before you start, call your plan and ask: Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? What's my deductible? What percentage do you reimburse for a 90837 session? Do telehealth sessions count?
-
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Life happens, I get it, and this policy protects the time I've set aside just for you.

Under the federal No Surprises Act, if you aren't using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. I'll give you one before we start, so there are no surprise bills.
